The Journey is a Christian church dedicated to carrying out the great commission of Jesus Christ as revealed in the New Testament of the Bible (Mathew 28:18-20 and Mark 16:15-16). We often express this mission as “helping people take their next steps towards Jesus.” Each staff member at The Journey is considered an integral messenger for this mission. 

At The Journey, the desire is to foster an open, collaborative working environment that engages staff and their unique spiritual gifts in the accomplishment of the mission of the church. The Journey’s staff is valued and considered to be the most important asset, provided by God, in the church’s ability to help people take their next steps toward Jesus.
