TEENS
WELCOME TO JOURNEY TEENS!
We strive to provide a safe and fun environment where every teen can experience the love of Jesus. Our vision is to help teens understand their identity in Christ; the importance of being in community with other Christ followers; and their life purpose in furthering the cause of Christ.
REFUEL YOUTH GROUP
Refuel is our youth group that meets throughout the year. We provide dinner, play games, have a message, and break into small groups to discuss the message. This is our largest teen gathering of the week, with about 25 students per week typically. Expect high energy, lots of food, and some crazy games! In our messages and small group times, we dig into topics that our students face in their formative years: topics like identity, belonging, purpose and calling.

MIDDLE SCHOOL MEET-UP
Our 7th & 8th graders are invited to our Middle School class on Sunday mornings during the 9 am service. We use curriculum with messages tailored for middle schoolers on how to grow and walk in their faith. These classes are small, which allows them to be very interactive. A lot of the conversation focuses on how students can apply Christian values to their lives. And you can be sure we always have snacks!
SPECIAL EVENTS
Summer Camp: We attend a week-long Christ in Youth (CIY) summer camp each year. This is a life-changing 5 day, 4 night event where over 1000 high schoolers get together to worship, play games, and take next steps in their walk with Jesus.
Kick-Off Parties: We typically do big kick-off parties in January and September to start each semester. In the summer, when we take a break from Refuel on Sunday nights, we usually host two summer events per month, like a pool party or slip and slide kickball.
